Timurcan OZCELIK
Research Assistant
Timothy is a Research Assistant who graduated in 2022 from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelors (Hons) in Psychology. He previously worked at the National Institute of Education (NIE), where he worked on translating neuroscience research into educational contexts. His work at NIE also included collecting electrodermal activity (EDA) and electroencephalography (EEG) data to study executive function (EF) development and EF under stressful conditions in primary and secondary school students. Currently, he is part of the CLIC Cognition Workgroup under Prof Victoria Leong. His research interests extend to mindfulness, consciousness, and the influence of culture and context on cognitive development.
